Yokogawa introduces the new SMARTDAC+ paperless recorder with touch screen-enabled intuitive operation. A broad array of input/output modules with more versions to be released are enabled by the device's modular design. A 16-cahnnel digital input module and a relay output module are also available, with Gx10 and GX20 support included. Channel data with units and tags, with an alarm log, message log, and other event log information are displayed on standard touch-screen displays, with capability to directly write free hand messages using a pen stylus of fingure. Creation and printing of reports and snapshots are directly accessible without a PC, with a built-in web-browser available for data and configuration operating modes. The device also hosts a convenient spreadsheet-template report creator.
