3D, stand-alone, for robots

The PLR vision system is used for the de-racking of stamped body parts. The combination of state of the art 1D imaging with 3D cross triangulation enabling the vision system to make customized solutions for specific environments. This stand-alone system that saves costs because there are no additional hardware needed and includes a web server user interface and field proven integration tools eases the integration with the robot allowing fast and precise part localization. New parts are easily introduced because of the factory calibration and robot integration tools. The system is very ideal for cost minimizing de-racking of body parts.
