The C-Mount Objective unit from OPTO has a high performance rating. The basic laws of optics now require optical designs in extended lengths. This unit can work at a distance of 2.3 mm with 90 degrees deflection. It has magnification of 10x and a coax illumination for 4 mm light guides, optional with LED. Some optical designs when mounted together with a camera, because of restricted space find the objectives too big for application. With the C-Mount Objective unit a high performance in ultra compact packages for OEM machine integration can be obtained.
