The ICOS Component Inspector T640 is an automatic visual machine that monitors integrated circuit (IC) packages for 3D measurements and package quality.

The device features dual tapers for rapid productivity per hour, to minimize operational costs, and also uses fourteen nozzles for evaluation tasks. It has a Dynamic Tray Compensation (DTC) camera which determines the scope for flex and tolerances. Also, it has seven nozzle tapings with automatic pitch changeover.

In addition to that, top parallel inspection reduces the impact of yield on throughput. An aPVI? Option enables the machine to look for analytic faults with highest sensitivity and maximum acquirement rates. The inspector also has a post seal inspection option which closes the line during cover inspection with the tape.
