Description

The Roll-to-Roll Exposure Unit RTR 1530 OPTC has been designed for easy roll-to-roll materials expo-sure with direct light.The roll is unwound, tensioned, aligned and exposed. The artwork alignment is obtained by pre-punching operation. Advancement of the web is controlled by the encoder in the x-direction while the repeat steps are controlled by a CCD camera. Adjustment in the y-direction is controlled by Ultra Sonic sensor.
