Function principle

IPT® (Inductive Power Transfer) supplemented with iDAT unite the inductive contactless transfer of power and data, the guidance of vehicles along a pre-determined track and the positioning of the vehicles on the track.

iDAT is used mainly in industrial material handling installations. Here primarily for floor conveying vehicles and floor based systems in general.

Besides that, iDAT also can be operated in conjunction with rail based transport systems, naturally the guidance function is not required here.
