double-sided exposure system / UV light / high-resolution / semi-automatic

COLIBRI is our flexible, manual LED double drawer exposure system with CCD camera registration for double-side inner layer, outer layer and solder mask exposure.

With the new SupraLight technology there will be no film warming and thus no film expansion during the exposure process and no standby of the light source as well. The very low energy consumption of only 2 kW is only required during the actual exposure operation. Standard model CO/LI/BRI has a 2-CCD-camera-system. As an option for alignment and exposure of liquid resist or solder mask also an up to 8-CCD-camera-system is available. The double drawer system allows exposing of 2 different jobs. The films and panels are pre-aligned by a registration system.

Prior to the exposure process both films are aligned to each other, then the panel is aligned to the film. For panels with liquid resist or solder mask each film ?top and bottom? can be aligned to the respective side of the panel. By the centrally arranged light source the illumination and exposure are assured in an optimal way. The integrated PC is providing directly all process parameters required by the operator. The parameters can be changed or optimized very quickly at any time.
