It is made out of BK7, FS, UVFS, CaF2, ZnSe, Si, Ge, and has the diameter tolerance of +0.0/-0.1 mm, thickness tolerance of ?0.1 mm, surface quality of 40/20 S/D, surface figure of 90%, focal length tolerance of ?3 %, and a design wavelength of 632.8 nm.
