CHARACTERISTICS
Cooking kettle of modern and energy saving design. The cooking
kettles are out of a self-carrying case structure and stainless steel
facings. Strong isolation for maximum warmness-holding, chromed
water drainage-valve as well as automatic temperature control.
Kettle inlet, cover plate, double walled cover ( remain in every
position by Novomat modell) out of stainless steel. High quality,
user-friendly microprocessor control in separately switch box
(Novomat stainless steel); water- and core temperature , delta-
cooking and work time.
HEATING POSSIBILITIES
Electric: ground heating with new, against humidity isolated, heater.
Gas or oil: with direct acting gas burner, perfect efficiency through
warmness transfer on the ground and the sides of the kettle inlet.
Low- or high pressure steam:
indirect heating of the kettle with low- (0,5bar) or high (6bar) pressure
steam. With automatic condensate-separator and electrical valves.
