Reliability:
For most fresh vegetables and fruit applications, the 1.5 kW execution delivers good results. Meat and cheese applications require more power. For these cases, the 5.5 kW execution is standard.
Hygiene:
Drive zone and product zone of the machine are completely separated
The machine's lubrication piping has been brought together to a central access point outside the product zone.

Safety switches prevent the FAM Flexifam from operating while one of its covers or doors is still open.
