The VENTIL BG10 ball grinding and polishing machine is specially designed for repairing the balls of floating ball valves in the range 2? up to 10?. The simple, but ingenious constructed VENTIL BG10 features 2 independently controlled drives, one rotates the ball and the other rotates the lapping bowl. The right-angled rotations of the clamped ball and the lapping bowl has no influence on the roundness, but it results in an ideal ?cross hatch pattern finish? on the ball surface.
