In built LCD screen and buttons are designed around a 2 tier system. The first is the general use or ?user facing? tier in which basic settings can be changed and run (number of revolutions, speed, go). The second is an in depth ?settings? tier which enables calibration of the ?user facing? tier, for use in application such as peristatltic pumps, geared pumps or other similar applications. This enables the ?user facing? tier to be set up to show units such as ml whilst the calibration tier can be used to modify this depending on the application. All of this setup is repeatable so applications such as peristaltics can quickly be recalibrated if using different tubing and/or fluid
