Application:
Crimping machine is used to crimp the metal fittings of high voltage insulators
during insulator production process. With high pressure from hydraulic power force, crimping machine press the metallic fitting from all direction and make the metal fittings well attached to the fiber glass rod of composite insulators.

Being different from the big crimping machine in our booth, this crimping machine is mainly used for crimping pin type composite insulator, suspension and tension type composite insulator or even small post type composite insulator.
This machine looks like Finland type, but actually it's way better than original Finland machine.
The 140 crimping machine manufactured by Zibo Qianheng is largely improved and optimized in performance. It has more stable working condition and higher speed up to 1000times/hour, which largely improves efficiency for insulator manufacturer. So far it is the best crimping machine for pin,suspension,tension,small post insulator in China and no other factory but Zibo Qianheng has mastered this technic.
