Standard version in stainless steel AISI304 with frame on wheels.
Axial feeding with ball valve.
Feeding pressure switch with sound alarm to indicates end of filling cycle.
Closed tank with manual opening sliding semi-hermetic rectangular door
(600x450 mm) and membrane made in fabric suitable for foodstuff.
Hinged draining channels.
Device for membrane inflating and deflating is installed on press and
it is composed by compressor - pression suction and set of pneumatic
solenoid-valves.
Sliding chute on guides to convey juice on a collecting trough.
Basin for product collecting.
Control board made in polyester reinforced with fiberglass and equipped
of 18 programs PLC with display touch-screen for management of all
pressing phases with automatic or manual mode. Protection control board
in stainless steel. Voltage standard 400/3/50 Hz.
