Trio? MSH Series Modular Horizontal Screens are high ?G? triple shaft screens providing high performance screening even with difficult materials and can be widely applied in mining, recycling, and aggregate industry settings.
The MSH Series Modular Horizontal Screens generate power via three timed shafts with eccentric counterweights. The combination of the three shafts provide an oval stroke with adjustable amplitude, speed and operating angle, determined by application. The vibrating unit utilizes a computer designed chrome-moly-nickel gear set with premium metallurgy, optimized tooth geometry running in an oil bath lubrication arrangement. Our screen side plates are made from hot rolled steel and plasma cut with CNC punched holes. We use all bolt construction to insure structural integrity and eliminate stress fatigue in the screen body insuring a long productive service life.
