The Rotorcrast range of machines feature a vertical type design and consists of these primary components. The technology is geared towards a direct injection system which owing to capillary channels ensures precision filling of the die cavities.

The injection system controls temperature monitoring, pressure and speed flow enable overall supervision of the installations and even statistic analysis of the production. Cannon T.C.S can also source work cells specially for small and medium rotors complete with loading automation of the lamination sacks on the die cast press. Other features of the Rotorcrast system include- On line skimming and marking of the rotor, Automatic dosing of molten aluminium and Automatic slug ejection removal by means of a motorized conveyor.
