The MU Live Bin Bottoms (Multiple Screw Feeders) have a modular trough which is used to enclose up to 6 shafted helicoid flight or paddle screws. It also encloses flanged external, fully protected end bearing assemblies which are completed with a shaft seal and manually adjustable packing gland. Bolted end plates, flanged shaft couplings for a heavy-duty version, splined shaft couplings for medium-heavy-duty and a rectangular outlet spout covering the width of the unit are also included.

Depending on the application, the MU live bin bottoms are either equipped with one gear motor per screw shaft or a drive unit driving extra screws.
