"The DF series peelers are used to remove the thin layer that comes off the hazelnut's surface after the roasting stage. The peelers are very compact and can also be used for other types of dried fruit that need to be peeled after the roasting stage (e.g. peanuts). The machine can be combined with the TECNO 3 SC series device to separate broken pieces and only select whole fruits."
