The auto-index punching-nibbling machine includes the Siemens CNC and patented front punch loading. The heavy C-structure is sturdy and is constructed from special electro-welded and stabilized steel. Its design makes it ideal for withstanding loads that are higher than all of the off-sets and punching stresses, since its dimensions have been calculated on CAD with FEA systems.

Offering the highest precision and zero backlash, the C-axis (INDEX) provides full 360? rotation of all dies and punches using reduction gear units and oil-lubricated worm screws. The rigid C-structure has an exceptionally large monolithic punching head plated firmly to it. A special hydraulic unit fitted with a Save Power system is another feature. The machine has a Fast Tool Change at the front, for the highest possible precision as well as a long service life of the punches and the Multitool Amada, while simultaneously ensuring that the loading time of just 4 seconds is continuously optimized. It has a hydro speed of 800 hits/minute.
