Idromatic is ideal for the drying of vegetables destined to the fourth range. The spin dryer is fitted out with a loading and unloading belt and automatic cleaning cycle. The motorized basket system is electromechanical, whilst the control of the drying cycle occurs automatically via PLC. The hourly output of leafed vegetables is approximately 600 kg/h. Idromatic, in conjunction with the Atirmatic washer and the Stripper II cutter, creates a continuous line for the preparation of vegetables.
