The DE-80 model is manufactured by Mecamaq, and is a motor-driven press via a three-position distributor. The unit features a double-acting cylinder with twin guidance along strips that are resistant and with bronze loads. The strips are intended for absorbing lateral stresses within the machine. The model is integrated with an end of the cylinder pin that has a removable and automated hold-down plate that is intended for clamping of tools.

The DE-80 model has a monobloc design which guarantees optimum robustness of the equipment. It is integrated with a floating bedplate that has a height which can be configured with the use of an endless transducer.
