m?der pressen presents toggle presses. They generate their rated force only at the stroke's end or BDC (the bottom dead centre). This way, the user can achieve an increased working pressure of the press through the toggle function with a comparatively low effort of approximately 150N. Therefore, toggle presses are only employed where the complete force of the press is needed only for a short distance at the finish of the working stroke. Example applications include assembling, stamping, gluing, punching, riveting, etc.

A wide range of parts can be processed thanks to the standard throats of 63mm, 100mm and 250mm. Based on the model, stepless adjustment of daylight is possible between 43 mm to 375mm.
