The screens in the Nordberg TS series were first launched in 1999 and continue to deliver unique designs in today’s market. The design features include a banana screen style with slopes on each deck at different angles. There are two or three decks available.

Identical Nordberg MV vibrators are utilized on all of the screens and feeders in the Nordberg series. The vibratory mechanism is positioned above the gravity center, with variable elliptical motion. Technology allows for the material to automatically slow down at the discharge end and speed up at the feed end. An automatic greasing unit that offers very low maintenance is an optional feature.

The shutdown of the unit is a smooth process, thanks to rubber suspension. Additional benefits include a better isolation ratio and reduced noise.
