Metso ES, the high-energy elliptical motion screen entails a unique and robust design. The device is also capable of delivering 25% more screening capacity, safe maintenance option and increased uptime when compared to conventional models. The design is such that you have a horizontal screen with elliptical motion of 6G and 20mm stroke. Self-synchronization and elliptical rotation is delivered with the two unbalanced shaft lines. The device can be integrated with two or three decks. A greasing manifold promises centralized grease lubrication. The motion screen is fitted with Metso modular MV vibrator. A pre-configured strongly designed standard deck frame handles modular and tension screening media. The feedbox, discharge spout and cardan shafts are fitted with standard wear and impact resistance rubber linings.
