The robust machine housing is made in heavy duty
AISI 304 stainless steel and designed without corners or edges in order to facilitate cleaning. Thus the grinder meets the strictest hygiene requirements. The screw and screw housing are made from stainless steel as well.

The inside of the machine is protected against water etc. by a specially made ventilation system which keeps the electrical, mechanical and pneumatic parts dry and clean.
The grinder is equipped with interlocked take-away safety cover over the grinding head and crane davit.

The grinder is available with bone elimination system and can be equipped with a single or double knife set.
The grinder is equipped with safety trip wire.

The grinder can be a stand alone machine or be part of an integrated processing line.
