The ROTAMAT? Sludge Screen Ro 3 from Huber is a proven, efficient and rugged septage receiving station that has an integrated screen press and washing that are used for the mechanical treatment of septic sludge.

This product is used by feeding the septic sludge into the tank which then flows through the Fine Screen or Micro Strainer, retaining all coarse materials. It is equipped with a screw conveyor that removes the screenings from the tank and at the same time, reduces its volume and weight. Afterwards, it drops them into a container or bagging device. The entire treatment process takes place in a filly enclosed system so that odor is prevented. Washed screenings make the device fit for landfill. Moreover, the filtrate is combined into the wastewater for treatment in the WWTP.
