The CNC-RACK is a compact 3-D processing machine for prototyping, educational and laboratory applications. The purpose of developing this machine is to engrave front panels or name plates, to mill 2D contours of panel material, and to work at printed circuit boards (outline milling).

For these applications the machine needs necessary stiffness and basic accuracy, which are assured by the construction ofsteel bath and the laser-cut end plate. The steel shafts guides with linear bearing and ball screw spindle drives in all drive axes garantee the precise motion sequence and high and a positioning precision. CNC-RACK has a new developed ball bushing guide in z-axis ball screw spindle with T-grooves profile, which makes mounting of processing machine very easily.
