EXAIR's Ionizing bar provides a protection to papers, film and plastics against dust and foreign materials that destroy product's physical appearance, generates jamming or tearing or zap-personnel. It eliminates the generated static electricity generated on these materials. This compact system can be fitted in the narrow spaces of the machinery. Highly concentrated positive and negative ions neutralizes the static electricity very fast present within 51 mm .This bar features a shielded-cable of length 5 feet with ground. All components are entirely assembled and installation will be done flexibly with the mounted flange of this bar. The standard bars are generally 96" in length but it can be lengthened up to 112" on customers' request.
