The Plate Magnets from Eriez are magnetic separators for dry applications. The tool has a protection mode against the dangers of fine iron and tramp iron contamination. The separators feature a stepped face plate, offering higher barrier to hold spherical types of tramp iron, once removed from direct material flow. This feature also offers removal and retention of fine ferrous contamination. The device can be used for positioning in chutes, ducts and pipelines, and for suspended applications. In addition, the equipment are integrated with flange offset to match thickness of heavier chutes, or provide for available gasket.
