Product applications:

for the food industry

Peeler mod. 2600 to remove cellulose casings from linked sausages.
Machine with steam tube, guide tube, drive rollers, blade, vacuum
roller, drive motor and electrical air steam and vacuum systems.
-operator feeds strand of links into the steamtube
-steam in the steamtube loosens the casing from each link
-the drive and idler rollers pull each link against the blade
-the blade slits the casing along the lenght of each link,
-compressed airremove the casing from each link,
-the vacuum roller pulls the casing off the strand of links and carries
the casing out of the machine to a collection container,
-each peeled link exits horizontally from the end of the machine.
Construction built according the EC sanitary standards.
The operator can dismantle the steam, for cleaning, within seconds
