The Azo TW 650 is a screening system that utilizes a snap-lock coupling to link between a tanker and a silo to be filled. The inlet of this equipment connects to a feed hopper while its outlet connects to a downstream conveyor, when this system is utilized after a product pick-up station. The product is pneumatically conveyed through an integrated screen, by turning in the pressure generator. Any contaminants larger than the mesh size are left out in the whole process. A vibrator restricts mesh blockage during the entire process. After conveying, the process continues without the product, to empty the screens. The quick release clamps then can be opened, the screener examined, and the contaminants extracted. After which, the system is now ready for the next screening process.
