The AZO lump breaker is a perfect device for crushing bulk materials comprising of agglomerates, clods or lumps. The material to be crushed in fed via the inlet. The crushed product is further transferred for the next process via the passing sieve.
The major components of this device include robust inlet and outlet flanges, a laterally mounted gear motor and a crushing device. Another model with double bearing design is also available for high product columns or height. The shaft including screen and the gear motor can be easily disintegrated from the device with a hassle free process. You can choose from the construction material nos. 1.4301 (V2A) or 1.4404 (V4A) for this product. You can also have the option of choosing the surface finishings of your liking including the electrolytic polish.
