Manufactured by Warner Electric, the ERS VAR-11-01 is an addition to the wide family of caliper brakes. The ERS VAR-11-01 are electrically released caliper brakes that are guaranteed failsafe. It has a greatly modular braking system that can perform in static and emergency stops and a redundant capability.

The characterized features of the ERS VAR-11-01 include a torque rate that adjusts according to the diameter of the disc and to the number of the caliper, a floating magnet, static disc, an EC 95/16 certification, a T?V certification, and an operation that does not require airgap adjustment, and an integrated Microswitch.
