VULKAN offers the new Composite Shafting System with a torque range of 5.0 kNm all the way to 800.0 kNm. This composite shaft comes in diameters ranging from 170 mm to 810 mm and a wide array of lengths and configurations that suits a variety of applications and requirements. Aside from a filament wound carbon structure, this system that is also known as the CS-System, is also available in a glass fiber structure that features flexible links and couplings, steel adapters, bearings, bulkhead seals, intermediate shaftings and more. These features and capabilities contribute to make the CS-System's over-all performance better.
