Siemen's new FLENDER gear unit is ideal for single screw extruders. It showcases an output torque capacity ranging from a minimum of 6.3 kNm all the way to 73 kNm. Its compact design, thrust bearing-fitted gear unit and oil chamber all contribute extensively to the overall performance of each gear unit by reducing noise emission and delivery time. It also provides high tolerance to axial forces and delivers high operational reliability. With all these advantages, this equipment is very suitable for a variety of applications including the rubber and plastic manufacturing industries.
