The LAF series is an anti-backlash leadscrew nut that is acceptable for use in light-duty operations that requires high precision. It is also appropriate for use in operations subjected to dynamic loads lesser than or equal to 156.91 N. The body of the unit is made of a self-lubricating polyacetal, that is specifically beneficial when it is coupled together to an accurate TFE-coated leadscrew.

The LAF series also have horizontal and vertical damping characteristics.
