Standard shaft-mounted flat gearbox from MADLER comprises steel helical gears with over-sized ball bearings, IEC standard input shaft, and a hollow output shaft in compact grey-cast iron housing. The gear assembly can withstand a power input of 2.719.3 kW and provide gear ratios from 4.13:1 to 51.73:1.The helical gears are designed from heat-treated and case-hardened steel machined to perfection. The cast iron housing is made rigid and ribbed to bear loads up to 900 N and provide protection against vibration as well as oil leak and water jets.
Variants on the output shaft type, namely, with torque arm (Version B), flange (C), and foot-mounting brackets (D and E), or a single-sided solid shaft (F), and flange adapters are available on request.
