helical gear reducer / parallel shaft / for shafts / low-noise

The Robus-A is manufactured by Motive, and is a helical gear reducer made up of aluminium monolithic housing. It has a modular construction with removable output flange and foot base, which permits easy and quick conversion between foot and flange mounting. It is also interchangeable with most of other gearboxes brands.

The unit has a unique design which makes it applicable to be mounted in any position. It has 6 interchangeable plugs, which includes one breather plug and a level plug. It also utilizes high strength steels and case hardening to 58 ?2 HRC reduce the wear rate in gears. All cylindrical gears are profile ground to Din 3962 class 6 accuracy for low noise and high efficiency.

There are shafts constructed from tempered steel to reach a hardness of 23-35 HRC, which increases the capacity to withstand shearing stresses.
