The Draftguard? Anti-Rotation Device is capable of rotating backwards when turned off that is mainly from the air movement across the blades. It holds the drive from spinning backwards during maintenance operations as well as safeguards the whole system from immense shock during start-up. It is designed with mounting holes for bushings including QD and Taper-Lock commonly found on ACHE belt drive systems.
