The regular modular system by ZEITLAUF? antriebstechnik is composed of Compactline spur gearheads that vary from 90, 91 and 92. When dimensioning gear widths, for minimizing noise specifically in the first phase, due attention was paid for a sufficiently acceptable gear width. This ensures adequate contact ratio between the motor shaft and the intermeshing gearwheel.

Integrating this enhanced gear width with the regular use of plastic for the gearwheel material makes Compactline spur gearheads highly continuous-running, and gives it an optimum power. Ground and hardened output shafts and hardened gearwheels are typical in all Compactline gearheads.

Die-cast zinc is applied as carrier material in the units. The compactline 90 spur gearheads contain a broad reduction range in all Compactline spur gearheads.
