drum brake / spring / high-torque / bi-directional

The brakes in the Eaton Airflex CTE series have drum-style designs and deliver more torque than the CS series of brakes. The CTE models are for applications that require high-torque, a moderate amount of speed and cyclic applications for which extra stopping power is required.

Both air-released and spring-applied, these bi-directional CTE brakes are capable of developing the same amount of torque.
