The famous fin belt as most people know it, has cleats or fins that are able to flex over a million times in a month. This allows them to catch containers that are fast moving and then thrust them straight into cartons. DuraBelt is the only one to succeed where others failed in preventing the fins/cleats from breaking at the weld. Strong welds were successfully applied to angular jointed cleats through the means of the technology developed by DuraBelt. The belts were made easily connectable with the alligator lacing. They could thus be replaced with minimal disruption of the belt operation. DuraBelt can attach fins or cleats to any belt, whatever the design the customers need and choose.
