The Cross+Morse offers a range of customized sprockets, platewheels, split wheels, ring-gears or segments according to both BS or ANSI roller chains, double pitch, cranked link or inverted tooth chains, including pitch of 1/4" to 3" and sprocket diameters up to 1.5 meters. Production capabilities can handle broaching, key seating, drilling, grinding milling, honing and induction hardening, while the standard sprockets can also be customized according to user specifications via 48-hour service.
