The DT450G Dust Monitor from Yokogawa is microprocessor-based device which detects leakage in filter bags and monitors the dust level of exhaust gases below a specified level. To separate particulate dust from exhaust gases, bag filters and electrostatic precipitators are used in air pollution control systems.

The measurement range can be set through a one-touch operation in response to process conditions. An automatic drift compensation function is also available. Standard specifications are applicable to a wide range of applications at a process temperature up to 250?C and with a pressure of up to 200kPa. It offers maintenance-free operation over a long time without being affected by dust accumulation.
