GapGun is a handheld optical measurement system which has been designed for the fast and precise, non-contact measurement of scratches, chamfers, radii, steps, gaps, angles and more. The system is exceptionally quick and simple to use, having been designed for rugged shop floor use. The measurement is fully automatic and is taken just by pulling the trigger and moving into range.

The highly flexible GapGun can be customized to numerous requirements and applications, and includes a full color touchscreen interface, simple to follow instructions, audio and visual indication for in and out of tolerance conditions.

GapGun is used extensively worldwide and is suitable for use in turbine, aerospace, energy, white goods, automotive and heavy engineering industries. GapGun increases accuracy, saves time and reduces costs.
