Hitachi's NS1500Series Disk Surface Inspection System is capable of identifying and detecting surface defects or discrepancies, ideal for substrates and disks. Some of its key features are multiple optical sensors, laser irradiation, and a new inclined "defect method" which ensures accurate and quality sensing of the most miniscule defects, even at extreme conditions.
