New centerless grinder for all Model 75 belt grinders with integrated cooling system.

SCANTOOLGROUP has developed a centreless grinder for all Model 75 grinders.

Centerless grinders can be purchased as a complete machine or as an accessory for existing belt sanders.

If bought as a complete machine the centerless grinder comes with a 2 speed motor that deliver an optimal grinding and polishing experience.

High speed is used for cleaning the tubes with the sanding belt 60-80.

Low speed is used for finishing and polishing. After cleaning the pipes, abrasive belts are used with grain 180-400 for fine grinding. The last process is polishing that use abrasive belts with grain 600-1200.

It is possible to obtain a finish of Ra 0.1.
