The HSS and HSSE-Co 5 are manual taps developed by Ruko. The HSS is developed with heavy duty high speed steel construction. It is mainly used for through threads and bottoming threads in unalloyed and low-alloyed steels up to 800 N/mm? strength.

In addition, the HSSE-Co 5 is composed of 5 % cobalt alloyed heavy-duty high speed steel. It is mainly used for through threads and bottoming threads in unalloyed and alloyed steels. The model is equipped with 900 N/mm strength.
