The KSL25 is a lapping machine developed by Kashifuji. It comes with smooth mirror-like surface with Rz 0.3~1 ?m roughness. A gear with mirrored flanks has a large amount of contact surface area to deliver enhanced flanks. The unit lessens wear and increases pitting resistance. In addition, the framework is equipped with low vibration and low noise during the transfer of movement. It also increases the transmission efficiency during operation.
