The versatile new machine helps to achieve repeatable finishes. The diamond abrasives can also be fully utilized due to the adjustable speed of the abrasive feed speed from 11/2"(38.1mm) to 1/16" (1.6mm) per minute. The contact wheels can be changed with various widths of 1" (25.4 mm), 2" (50.8mm), 3" (76.2mm), 4" (101.6mm), and various wheels durometers. There is upto 2"(50.8mm) shoulder clearance for going into tight corners by a 5" diameter contact wheels.

By using a mounting bracket having the face ground can be mount on the lathe in less than 5 minutes. On mounting Superfinisher once the bracket is indicated from the work piece, then we are at final setup. The unit and control box can be built for back or front of lathe having an optional pendant 15'(4.5m) for remote mount.
